BeenBusy are based in Indonesia & Australia and run curated movement and wellness-focused events designed to inspire an active lifestyle and foster genuine community connections - flexible to fit every schedule and preference.
We worked with the owner Lucy to create a brand that was relatable, approachable and easy-going which consisted of brand, motion, illustration and web.
2024
The name Been Busy was in reference to feeling exhausted by life and seeking a way to feel more in-tune with your body whilst focussing on the importance of eliminating stress. We wanted to create an identity that was easy-going, intriguing and fun.
The typography being lowercase made it feel warm and mixed with the brand mascot, gave it a real presence. The bee character is to poke fun in an ironic way of people being referred to busy bees, which tied perfectly into the name.
